Thomas Peach Coaching is launching in June 2026!
Coaching is often marketed as a "fix," but I believe it is a partnership of discovery and design. My approach at Thomas Peach Coaching is built on the belief that you are already whole, and my job is to help you build a world, and a way of working and being, that actually fits you and the spaces you are in.
As a coach who is autistic, I don't see the world in "standard" scripts. I harness a deep, innate curiosity to ask the "why" and the "how" behind the things others take for granted. This allows me to ask powerful, unconventional questions that cut through the noise and get to the heart of what matters to you. My neurodivergent perspective is the engine that drives my empathy and my ability to see patterns others might miss.
My practice is firmly disability and queer justice informed. This means I understand that "productivity" and "growth" and "authenticity" look different for everyone. I prioritise:
Accessibility over "Normalcy": We build strategies that work for your brain and body in your working contexts, not a standard corporate template.
Radical compassion: I provide a space where you don’t have to mask. We work with your energy, your capacity, and your lived experience, and never against it.
I blend non-directive exploration (holding space for you to find your own inner truth) with directive strategy (sharing knowledge and frameworks when you need a map). I am here to be both your mirror and your place of suggestion.
My coaching is specifically designed for professionals and leaders who are ready to architect their next chapter with intention. I am particularly high-impact for:
Navigating the modern workplace: For those feeling "out of sync" with traditional corporate scripts. We build strategies for communicating to be understood and valued, boundary-setting, and sustainable performance that respect your energy and neurotype.
First-Time & New Managers: Moving from "doing" to "leading" is a massive shift. I help you develop an authentic leadership style that is compassionate, clear, and effective without requiring you to "mask" or lose your identity.
Strategic Career Development: If you feel stagnant or at a crossroads, we’ll co-create a Career Development Plan. This isn't just a resume update; it’s a deep dive into your values, strengths, and long-term legacy.
Neurodivergent Professionals: As an autistic coach, I provide a "low-explanation" space where we focus on building systems that work with your brain, not against it.
To ensure you receive the most appropriate support for your needs, please note that my practice has specific boundaries. My coaching is not a substitute for:
Therapeutic Mental Health Support: While our work is compassionate and empathetic, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. I do not provide clinical therapy, trauma processing, or crisis intervention. This is not mental health work or counselling.
Medical Diagnosis or Clinical Advice: I am an expert in professional development and human potential, but I do not provide medical or psychological diagnoses (including for ADHD or Autism). I understand these but do not diagnose.
University Specialist Tutoring or Mentoring: My focus is on professional life and career leadership. I do not provide academic subject tutoring or specialist student mentoring/study skills support for higher education.
I am coach and mentor with 13 years of experience in education and small business across entry, managerial and leadership positions. As a senior education professional, my coaching comes from foundations in the theories of learning, and from many years of practising compassionate management and leadership.
I have coached across a range of organisations for different purposes including career growth, growth mindset, and career transitions. I started Thomas Peach Coaching so I could use my skills to help a wider range of people, just like you.
Alongside my experience, I am trained in action learning facilitation, and I am working towards accreditation with the Association for Coaching.
Alongside two masters degrees, I am PRINCE2 qualified, a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, and have a CELTA. My other CPD includes ongoing coaching development, and courses from the National Autistic Society.
